When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number with expiration date, and e-mail address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, and notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.

Returns:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement. Please contact us at 1-877-456-3388 or e-mail us using the form on the 'Contact Us' Page. Please let us know what the problem is and the best way for us to contact you.

The Franklin Institute Store will accept returns of merchandise up to 30 days after purchase. All returns require the original packing materials and are subject to the approval of the FI Store and Sky Retail Partners. Please note that DVDs or Video that have been opened will not be considered for return.

Members of The Franklin Institute must still create a free Shopper Login account with the store. This is merely for the purpose of saving your cart and wish lists, allowing customer reviews, and enter into our secure checkout. The FI Sci-Store online is also independent from The Franklin Institute's eMail Newsletter.

Member Discount: Members also enjoy a member discount where applicable* on every order. Simply enter your member coupon code into the 'Coupon Codes' box during the checkout process. The code is given to it's members by The Franklin Institute. *Discount applies to 'in-stock items only, not available on already discounted items or where indicated, and is subject to approval.

Coupon Codes:
Occasionally Coupon Codes may be available to use during checkout. Simply enter the code when you select your shipping options. When you continue, the code will apply* and the discount is displayed along with the shipping charges and your final order total. *Codes apply to 'in-stock items only, not available on already discounted items or where indicated, and is subject to approval.
